The purpose of ASMI's Bystander Assistance Programs are to reduce injuries
and fatailties to motorcyclists through First Response Education. We also expect
to reduce rescuer injury through proper training. Our programs, based upon the US
DOT First Responder Curriculum, are focused on Trauma rather than First Aid and CPR.
